Do you file taxes?

 

We do not provide any tax services. But we do have a great tax referral to send your way! We also will work with your tax preparer in case they have any questions or need anything modified with the books.

 

 

Is there a time commitment?

 

We do not require a time commitment, and our monthly bookkeeping contracts are all month-to-month. We do ask for a 30-day notice if you ever no longer wish to continue services.

 

 

Do I need to sign up with QuickBooks Online before we can work together?

 

Absolutely not! We prefer to setup your account not only for accuracy, but also to extend to you a discount on the monthly subscription.

 

 

Can software other than QuickBooks be used?

 

Yes, if you have existing software that is working for you, then we utilize your software so that change isn’t needed, but if you are currently operating without existing software, then we recommend QuickBooks Online as it has become the new industry standard. 

 

 

Do you offer cleanup only?

 

We do offer cleanup for your organization and these services are customized based on the needs of the business.
